Your next charge date can be found under your Account within “My membership” after Next Charge. You must downgrade your account to a free tier or cancel your account prior to this date in order to avoid charges. Once your account has been charged for the next month, even if you cancel the same day, you will not be refunded. Make sure to check your next charge date to cancel prior to the date listed.
